Senior ML Research Engineer - Manipulation

The role involves leading AI/ML research initiatives in manipulation, setting priorities, and guiding junior researchers.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research into practical solutions, staying updated on AI/ML advancements, and driving intellectual property generation.
Additionally, the role includes representing the company in academic and industry forums and contributing to grant proposals to secure research funding.
Applicants should have a PhD. or equivalent experience in computer science, AI/ML, or robotics, with expertise in manipulation tasks.
Key skills include strong theoretical and practical knowledge of reinforcement learning, motion planning, and perception, along with proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
You should have experience conducting independent research, publishing in top AI conferences, and solving complex research problems.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for advancing AI/ML in robotics are essential, with knowledge of VLA networks, LLMs, and Open-Knowledge Models being a huge plus.
