We are partnered with a Layer-2 protocol who are using ZK technology to scale Ethereum. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Computer Science to work across their complex system which includes various aspects of applied cryptography, security, performance, networking and hardware.

You will have a major impact on shaping the whole business and product strategy, with the mission to establish their product as the best option in the Ethereum scaling ecosystem.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will:

• Set the vision and strategy to provide the best Product experience in the layer 2 space.
• Define the team's needs and structure to grow into specialized squads to tackle specific challenges.
• Align and influence the roadmap of core protocol teams.
• Create and prioritize initiatives and set up a clear roadmap with the outcomes the team wants to achieve.

For this Senior Product Manager role, the experience/qualifications required include:

• Demonstrable experience within product management and software engineering.
• A thorough understanding of the EVM and a basic working knowledge of the L2 landscape.
• Previous experience in a web3 or blockchain companies.
• Nice to have - experience developing smart contracts for EVM blockchain.

Package includes $180-225k USD salary, healthcare, shares, tokens and a fully remote, globally dispersed team.
