Senior Cryptography Engineer (Rust) | $300k

Our client is looking for a Senior Cryptography Engineer to join its rapidly growing research team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in developing production-level zero-knowledge proof systems, particularly in Rust.

The research team is currently working on an innovative proof system designed for concurrently verifying extensive batch storage inclusion and dynamic MapReduce-style computations. At the heart of this system is a novel vector commitment scheme developed by the research team.

This commitment scheme has been optimized for on-chain applications that require efficient computation and proof maintenance across a continuously evolving stream of blocks. Each proof can be updated in logarithmic time whenever there are changes to the leaves within a subset or alterations to the overall set.

For this position you will need:

• Experience maintaining and writing cryptographic libraries in Rust
• Strong related academic background
• Familiarity with cryptographic primitives (zero-knowledge proofs, vector commitments, elliptic curve cryptography)

This zero-knowledge cryptography position is fully remote, and the company is accepting applications from anywhere in the world. They are also offering equity and token packages alongside the $300k base.
