💻Senior Backend Engineer ( Python)
🌎Hybrid- 3 days a week in office, Marina del Ray
💵$150,000 - $220,000
We are currently partnered with an expanding and unique platform enabling further institutional participation in Web3 and DeFi , enabled through a compliance layer to public blockchains.
The team combine exceptional finance and blockchain technology to ensure the success of application partners, and are looking for the brightest minds in backend to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality and highly scalable code in Python, building out the platforms most integral product.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional teams in a highly efficient manner.
- Integrate REST APIs to create exceptional user experience.
- Remain thirsty for knowledge adhering to optimal engineering practices, especially in API development.
Requirements:
- A college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-time Software Engineering experience.
- Be extremely comfortable in Python and its ecosystems.
- Experience in designing REST APIs.
- A collaborative mindset.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain industry.
- Experience in programming languages such as Javascript
- Experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
- Experience with containers, i.e Docker.
