As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical work of the local CLA team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a reliable, stable, and highly available data loop toolchain and cloud infrastructure to support the development of L2 ~ L4 autonomous driving systems and products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the technical work of the CLA/Infra team, ensuring the development of a robust and efficient data and infrastructure backend
* Architect, implement, maintain, and operate the Data and Infra backend
* Coaching and mentorship of junior team members
* Facilitate effective coordination and communication with peer teams, maintaining close collaboration with project managers and product managers

Ideal Candidate:
* Proficiency in Golang
* Several years of development experience in large-scale web service backend
* Experience with K8s, distributed systems, and big data cloud services is not essential but is desired
* Public cloud service products experience (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) is a plus
* Artificial intelligence systems Knowledge
