Lead Software Engineer & Senior Software Engineer
Want to work with a self-funded market-leading start-up working with top hedge funds and investment banks as a Senior or Lead .NET Developer?
Want to join a team made up of experts in the field of high-throughput, low-latency trading systems?
They are looking for Senior and Lead Developers to join their growing engineering team!
They choose the correct technology for the problem domain, and their systems are written in C# - they use Java and Rust too!
You will take ownership of the future direction of our ultra-low-latency high-throughput connectivity services.
Your role will be to develop a deep understanding of existing systems, and design improvements to increase performance and maintainability, while simultaneously implementing new features and products atop the existing systems.
They're looking for Engineers with:
- Solid understanding of ultra-low-latency architecture, performance-tuning, benchmarking, and operating system fundamentals (cloud and bare-metal)
- Strong TDD principles
- Ability to lead architecture and design discussions
- Linux OS expertise (networking, file-systems, CPU scheduling, kernel-bypass)
- AWS/Azure cloud experience
Fully remote - offices in Central London
Salary up to £150,000 + Equity
