We are currently seeking passionate, skilled and ambitious backend Rust Engineers for our team, as we continue to develop our proprietary suite of trading products and systems.

For several years now, our team of experts - that draw on experience from the likes of Google, Y-Combinator, The London School of Economics and London Imperial College - have developed highly performant systems, focussed on low-latency and Maximal Extractable Value.

We are continuing on a path of growth and are hiring strongly independent and ambitious engineers that can harness existing infrastructure to create decentralised networking systems, and help drive innovation for the next wave of financial services.

Specifically, you will take on responsibility for the development of core infrastructure and work closely with the wider business to extend and improve low-latency trading services; optimise core block building engines for optimal throughput; and, develop new features and components for transaction sequencing, auction systems and transaction propagation.

We are looking for engineers with at least two years' experience using Rust, professionally (although relevant experience with languages including C/C++/Go will be considered).

And, you should have:

- Experience building systems for data processing
- Knowledge of distributed system fundamentals
- Awareness and interested in decentralised technologies, including blockchain platforms

Successful candidates can expect a comprehensive salary package, including a base of £120,000 per annum (DOE), equity equivalent to 20%-50% of base salary, and a generous performance bonus.
