London Hybrid | £120k + equity
Our client is a cutting edge crypto start-up looking for seasoned Rust Protocol Engineers to join their founding team. The company boasts co-founders who have all enjoyed successful exits from their previous start-ups, and who possess prominent backgrounds from the likes of Y-Combinator and Google.
As it stands, our client is one of the largest block producers on the Ethereum chain, and for this role they are looking for experienced Rust engineers to help them build industry leading trading and MEV-related infrastructure that is open, transparent and decentralised. Although explicit experience with trading systems and cryptocurrency exchange platforms is preferred, it is not necessary.
For this role you will need:
- Production grade Rust experience
- Experience building low-latency and highly algorithmic systems
- A demonstrable interest in Crypto or DeFi
The company offices are in the heart of London, but they are flexible with their working model as long as you are happy to work onsite when required. Alongside the base salary, they are also offering a generous equity package.
