We're looking for a customer-centric Product Owner who is dedicated to delivering a luxury online shopping experience. You'll have the chance to work in a dynamic and industry leading environment, focusing on the E-comm journey. If you're passionate about driving conversion, innovating the customer experience and want the opportunity to be instrumental in the building and development of the product roadmap, then this is the role for you.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:
=> Spearheading the development of the E-commerce roadmap
=> Accurately creating timely tickets to facilitate quick issue resolution by Front-End Engineers
=> Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Digital, Marketing and Tech to drive website improvements
=> Conduct AB testing to inform data-driven decisions that enhance conversion rates
=> Prioritize and manage the E-Commerce backlog in collaboration with the Tech team
=> Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders, managing expectations and providing valuable insights
=> Lead the team during new launches and key sales events to optimize website conversion
=> Identify and champion key customer needs on our website
=> Monitor the market and conduct competitive analysis
=> Evaluate potential E-commerce partners and build strong business cases
As a Product Owner, you will need:
=> Experience in AB testing to drive conversion and you leverage this knowledge to make data-driven decisions
=> Commercially driven approach and a deep understanding of E-Commerce in a fast paced consumer environment
=> Strong communication skills - excel at aligning stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams in delivering the product roadmap
