Lead DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a fully remote Lead DevOps Engineer to join a growing scale up company building an investment platform allowing fund managers access to VC opportunities and seed-funded start-ups that would typically be out of reach.

With their $20million in the funding rounds as well as a strongly established client base with financial runway for at least 10 years, the team is currently growing and building a new DevOps function.

You'd be joining as their first standalone DevOps Engineer, building and maintaining core infrastructure with your first project migrating from ECS to EKS, redesigning their AWS estate and in the longer-term continually improving anything from monitoring tooling to deployment processes.

We are looking for Lead DevOps Engineer with:

· Proven record of implementing DevOps processes and best practices

· Extensive experience with AWS cloud and additional components such as EKS

· Formal proven leadership track record would be highly beneficial

Lead DevOps Engineer

· Salary: up to $195,000 + bonus and equity, 401k and extensive Medical cover

· Location: Fully remote anywhere in US (on a daily basis the team works fully remotely but works hard to create a great culture, meeting a couple of times a year in person)
