Job Title: Founding Fullstack Engineer

I am working with an innovative platform at the intersection of AI and Healthcare that is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Engineer to join their team. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining their web applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on both the frontend and backend components of their software, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using modern frontend technologies (React).
• Build responsive web applications that work seamlessly across different devices and platforms.
• Optimize application performance and ensure efficient rendering of UI components.
• Implement intuitive navigation and user flows, enhancing overall user experience.

1. Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side APIs and services using backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to efficiently store and retrieve data, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect sensitive information and enforce user access controls.
• Develop scalable and robust server-side logic to handle business logic and data processing tasks.

1. Fullstack Development:

• Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless communication and data synchronization between the two layers.
• Implement data validation and perform thorough testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the overall system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past projects showcasing your frontend and backend development skills.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and Typescript.
• Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience building and consuming APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
