We are currently partnered with an expanding CRM SaaS platform that is building incredibly powerful sales software for companies of the future. The team are bootstrapped, 100% profitable and boast many customers in the space.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a team of 4-6 talented Frontend engineers.
- Foster incredible engineering culture, participate in long-term frontend strategy.
- This role will focus largely in project and coordination, people managment and leadership, but will include hands on coding which is included in the interview process.
- Optimization of Frontend processes.
- Building out Frontend applications in React and Typescript.
Requirements:
- Have experience as a Frontend Engineering Manager in a company with under 100 people at one point in career.
- Significant and proven experience building Frontend applications in React. Experience in Javascript based mobile applications.
- Experience building SaaS products.
- A college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the Sales industries or with CRMs.
