Role: Technology Lead / Head of Engineering - Risk Management
Salary: up to £120k + 20% bonus
Hybrid 3 days per week in London
I am recruiting for a Head of Engineering position for a very exciting FinTech company based in London and Eton, who are an independent market risk advisory firm and have their own financial risk management methodology.
They are looking for a Head of Engineering to help them scale their products and platform worldwide.
You will be responsible for technology strategy, leadership, quant solutions, architecture and stakeholder management.
As the Head of Engineering, you will be accountable for an agile development team, working with Rust and Python mainly. The role is 20/30% hands on, whilst helping with architectural decisions and strategy alongside the CPO and leading the technology team (over 10 people)
Financially they are in a great place with connection to over 100 clients globally.
