Are you an experienced engineering manager with a passion for Web3? Do you want to work with a company that are revolutionizing how we interact with blockchains?
Our client is an extremely well-funded start-up creating an inspiring solution to interchain communication through a dedicated API infrastructure, using Rust, Solidity and the EVM chain. Their unique solution to the interchain problem is fully open-sourced and they have comprehensive documents on their approach freely available for curious developers.
The company is looking for their first engineering manager to lead, mentor and inspire a team of highly skilled engineers spread primarily across the New York and London offices.
You will need:
- Experience building and managing high-productivity engineering teams
- Familiarity with the web3 space and Ethereum-based smart contract platforms
- The ability to do hands-on technical work when required
- Experience working with Typescript/Rust
The company values a collaborative and face-to-face working environment, with 4 days onsite from either the London or New York office (depending on candidate's location). They are also offering a generous equity package alongside the competitive base salary.
